The assistants joke around with him enough to make him relax while still staying professional. His braces needed an emergency repair once after basketball practice, and they fit him in before school the next day. The office can get noisy during busy afternoons, though the actual treatment experience has always been smooth and organized."

"So far so good. I have had nothing but good happy care. I started my journey the end of October and loving it and the staff. I go in with a good attitude and i get the same. I did see where some people will leave a bad review do to being late. I get it because i work with a plastic surgeon and if one person is 10 or 15 min late it throws the entire day off. We have to be mindful that when we are late it makes the next person late when they got to their apt on time. Just as we like to be given Grace give the workers some Grace. I have not had the front desk be nasty to me and if they are then that is not good. Front desk sets the tone for the office."

"I’m so grateful to Dr. Levens and his office staff for their consistently excellent service and friendly atmosphere. I am in my 60’s, never had braces previously, but as time went by, my teeth moved and the alignment changed. One bicuspid was sticking out more than ever! Dr. Levens has a very efficient, exacting & mostly painless technique for straightening teeth, even for adults of all ages! I have permanent retainers placed behind my top and lower front teeth.One day, not long ago, I stopped by to see if my top retainer wire could be reattached. The desk staff and Dr. Levens were all so accommodating to fix my retainer wire on the spot, always with a caring smile and with their expertise to solve the issue, without my even needing to come back! I highly recommend Dr. Levens friendly & knowledgeable method and his Amazing Smiles Orthodontics to any adults or children wanting a truly great experience!"
